The Irish Snug Running Club is really growing, and lots of runners at different levels and interests are joining the fun. Get in on the action on Thursday nights by coming by the pub ready to run, or change there. But we can organize our appearance at other events, and the Pub helps make them fun for everyone. Run the Rocks 5K

The Kaiser Permanente Run the 'Rocks 5K is a one of a kind event in Red Rocks history! In its 2nd year, the annual event has maintained the same great location but with a longer, improved course. Participants as teams or individuals will walk or run across rugged mountain terrain and finish at the top of the stadium stairs. Following the race, participants will enjoy live music from a variety of local bands in the world's most amazing natural amphitheatre. The 5K run/walk fundraiser takes place on October 12th, 2008 at 8:30 am, and will support the programs of the American Lung Association of Colorado. Please visit www.runtherocks.org to sign up!

On October 19, 2008, we're inviting you to join us for the Denver Marathon - a premier marathon, half-marathon and four-person ING Marathon Relay. This world-class event continues as Colorado's largest marathon and is again expected to attract a record number of runners.
